Malutki does enjoy syrniki, but this is a twisted bun… I tried to draw a knot type bulochka, but it probably didn’t come across clearly! Reply
Now that I know what it is, it’s a well-drawn bulochka. I’m afraid it’s my knowledge of Belarusian cuisine that’s lacking! I’m learning about eastern European cooking (I made kiełbasianka for lunch today) but I still have a lot to learn. Reply
