Shots Fired

Uh oh! We’ve got quite the situation developing here ;)

In coloring this comic, I opted for a scheme of tints and shades of four hues, organized this way:

I guess you could look at it as an analogous scheme with a complementary accent (the cyan)… but in the comic the slightly violet red hue is functioning more as the accent. You know, based on the relative amount of space each hue is taking up. It still ends up cohesive as a color scheme, I think, with a little ambiguity to make it interesting. Anyway, these are the details that keep me up at night.
